Core Skills
This section highlights my key technical competencies as a structural engineer. It includes the tools, methods, and areas of expertise I rely on in both daily practice and specialized design tasks, ranging from finite element modeling and BIM to multi-material structural solutions.
Finite Element Modeling & Analysis
Experienced in static, dynamic, and stability analyses using advanced FE tools (ETABS, SAP2000, Consteel), including second-order effects and nonlinearity.
Eurocode-Based Structural Design
Design of concrete, steel, composite and timber structures according to EN 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995 including ULS and SLS verifications.
Calculation Automation
Scripting design routines and parametric workflows in Python to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
Manual Verification & Documentation
Competence in hand-calculation of joints and connections, and producing extensive technical documentation and design reports.
BIM & Detailing
Proficient in developing accurate structural drawings and models using Tekla Structures, Revit, and ArchiCAD.
Multi-material Systems
Knowledge of structural systems incorporating FRP, masonry, geotechnical foundations, and hybrid materials.
